4. Paid services
4.1 Services offered
Wise Intake offers the following paid services:
- Label Review Report (€49) — a written review of supplements you submit, delivered by email within 72 hours.
- Supplement Stack Audit (€250) — a 60-minute video session plus a personalised written protocol delivered within 48 hours of the session.
- 90-Day Wise Intake Protocol (€650) — a 3-month structured program including an initial audit, monthly check-in calls, and ongoing email support.
4.2 Booking and payment
Services are booked by contacting [email protected] and confirming details by email. Payment is required in full before the intake form is sent and before any service work begins. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
4.3 Nature of the services
All services provide educational guidance on supplement quality, ingredient forms, and nutritional principles. They are not medical, dietetic, or veterinary advice. The Provider is a food quality systems expert and supplement industry quality manager — not a licensed medical practitioner. Clients are responsible for consulting their own qualified healthcare professionals before acting on any recommendations.
4.4 Client responsibilities
To deliver useful guidance, the Provider relies on accurate information from clients. By booking a service, you agree:
- To provide complete and truthful information in the intake form.
- To disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies relevant to your supplement use.
- To consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before implementing any recommendations, especially if you have a diagnosed condition or take prescription medication.
- That any recommendations are educational suggestions, not prescriptions, and that decisions about implementation are your own.
4.5 Cancellations and refunds
- Before work begins: If you cancel before the intake form is completed or the review has started, you receive a full refund.
- After work has begun (Label Review, Stack Audit): Once the Provider has begun reviewing your supplements or holding your scheduled session, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available.
- 90-Day Protocol: A pro-rated refund may be available for the program if cancelled within the first 14 days, less the value of any sessions or written deliverables already provided. After 14 days, no refunds are offered for unused portions of the program.
- Rescheduling: Scheduled video sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights legislation. By explicitly requesting the service to begin during this 14-day period (e.g. by completing the intake form), you acknowledge that this right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has been substantially performed.
4.6 No medical guarantees
The Provider makes no guarantee of any specific health outcome, result, or improvement from any service. Individual responses vary. Supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes affect different people differently. You accept that any change you make based on the Provider’s guidance is at your own risk.
5. Newsletter and free content
The Wise Intake Letter and any free downloads are provided at no cost in exchange for your email subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Free content is for informational purposes only — see the Disclaimer for full details.
6. No sponsorships or affiliate relationships
Wise Intake operates on a strict no-sponsorship, no-affiliate-code policy. Any specific products, brands, or ingredients mentioned reflect the Provider’s independent professional opinion. The Provider has not received and will not receive payment, commission, or product samples in exchange for any recommendation published on this website.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider’s total liability for any claim arising from use of this website or paid services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Provider against any loss, claim, or damage arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to consult qualified medical professionals before acting on recommendations.
9. Governing law and disputes
